EXCHANGES
You are welcome to exchange your Bubsnug Pouch for another size. Please ensure that the pouch you have is in perfect condition, no animal hair or dirt or damage of any sort.

Please fill out the exchange form enclosed with your pouch and return to us at the mailing address on the form.

Please make sure that you try the pouch on with your baby in it before deciding you want a different size. Please also consult "Wearing Instructions".

RETURNS
No returns on current stock while on sale.

DELIVERY TIME
During our sale the time it takes us to process and send out your sling may be longer. Up to 7 days. We send everything Priority Mail so delivery shouldn't take more the 3 days at most for the actual delivery. Thank you for your patience.
