We absolutely respect your right to privacy. Any and all information we request from you will not be passed along, loaned or sold to anyone. All purchases take place in a secure and safe environment using the latest security technology.

EXCHANGES
You are welcome to exchange your Bubsnug Pouch for another size. Please ensure that the pouch you have is in perfect condition, no animal hair or dirt or damage of any sort.

Please fill out the exchange form enclosed with your pouch and return to us at the mailing address on the form.

Please make sure that you try the pouch on with your baby in it before deciding you want a different size. Please also consult "Wearing Instructions".

RETURNS
Before all returns we ask that you email us info@bubsnug.com describing the reasons for the return. We accept returns and will refund you for the pouch within 10 days of the purchase date. You will be refunded the amount paid minus a $5 handling fee and any shipping costs incurred.

The pouch must be unused and in perfect condition to receive a refund.
